Is the free listing really free?
Yes. It stays up for 30 days and appears in Google for Jobs. You only pay if you want it posted on the Telegram channel.
Do I have to show the pay?
You choose. A figure you hide is never shown against your company; it only counts towards anonymous averages across the site.
Who sees the applications?
Only you. CVs sent through Worksider open from your dashboard and nowhere else. You can also send applicants to your own form or inbox instead.
What happens after 30 days?
We email to ask whether you are still hiring. One click keeps the listing up for another 30 days. If you fill the role earlier, email [email protected] and we take it down.
What can I not post?
Anything that asks applicants for a fee or a deposit. Financial advisory and insurance roles go up as a website listing that sets out how the role pays: fixed pay, the contract, licence exams and commission.
