Worksider is a Singapore service and these terms are governed by Singapore law.

What Worksider is

We list internships, part-time roles, projects and AI work for students, and send them to our Telegram channel. We are not an employment agency, we are not a party to anything you agree with a company or a student, and we do not guarantee that anyone gets hired or that any role is filled.

For companies

• Listings must be real roles at a real organisation, with pay described honestly. Asking applicants for money, deposits or personal identity documents is not allowed.
• Listings must follow Singapore's fair employment guidelines. Wording that discriminates on race, religion, gender, age, nationality or family status will be removed.
• A first listing from a new company is checked by a person before it goes out. We may decline or remove anything, and we will say why.
• You are responsible for what you do with applicants' details: use them to consider the application, and nothing else.
• Pay figures you enter are used, without naming you, in our Singapore pay averages. Figures you choose to publish appear on your listing and, with the year, on your company page. If something is wrong, tell us and we will correct or remove it.

Paid Telegram posts

• A paid post is one dedicated message to the channel at a booked time, plus your listing featured on the site for 14 days.
• If your post gets no applications within two days of going out, we post it again free. Ask us and we will schedule it.
• Before it goes out, you can cancel for a full refund. Once the message has been sent, the service has been delivered and we do not refund it.
• If we decline your listing, or it is still waiting on us after 72 hours, you are refunded automatically.
• We do not promise a number of applications, views or hires. Channel membership is public and you can check it before you buy.

For students

• Worksider is free, and always will be.
• Your profile and CV go to a company only when you apply to that company's listing.
• Apply honestly. Accounts sending mass applications with false details will be closed.
• No employer should ever ask you to pay, to send identity documents before an offer, or to keep hiring entirely inside a chat app. Report it and we will take the listing down.

Content you give us

You keep ownership of what you write and upload. You give us permission to show it on Worksider and send it to our Telegram and Discord channels for that purpose. Delete your account and we remove your personal content, apart from records we must keep, which are listed in the privacy page.

When things go wrong

We do our best to keep the site up and the listings genuine, but we provide it as it is. We are not liable for lost opportunities, lost earnings, or anything arising between a company and a student. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you have paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change affects something you have already paid for, the terms you bought under still apply to that purchase.
