What you will do
- Help bring events to life—from planning to execution
- Be part of on-ground action: setup, registration, crowd vibes, liaising with vendors
- Pack event kits, prep materials & join fun site recces
- Chat with vendors, compare quotes & help with creative ideas
- Assist with talent/crew coordination (aka: making sure everyone’s alive & on the same page)
- Track budgets, file claims, sort photos & do simple post-event reports
- Support the team in anything & everything that makes events run smoothly!
What we are looking for
- Someone energetic, curious and willing to get their hands (slightly) busy
- Good communication & people skills
- Comfortable with fast-paced, sometimes chaotic (but fun!) event days
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Canva/Adobe design skills = bonus points
Must be able to commit on event days (sometimes early call times or late finishes)
