What you will do
- Regularly manage, update, and optimise websites across PXT and its portfolio companies using WordPress, Elementor, and Framer, ensuring strong functionality, performance, and responsive behaviour across devices.
- Collaborate closely with designers and developers to continuously enhance UI/UX through a multi-stage process including wireframing, live prototyping, and user testing.
- Research, plan, and support the migration towards a full-code web solution such as React.
- Implement SEO best practices, monitor website analytics, and apply data-driven insights to guide ongoing improvements.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a full-time or part-time Website Specialist with a strong interest in front-end web and UI/UX development. The role is suited for someone experienced in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with proficiency in web development and prototyping tools such as WordPress, Elementor, Framer, and Figma. Have keen interest in transitioning towards fully coded solutions using frameworks such as React or similar technologies. A strong digital design sensibility, demonstrated through executed web projects in a portfolio, is highly preferred.
