What you will do
Clinic Manager responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations and workflow
- Manage staff and patient scheduling, attendance, and basic HR matters
- Ensure compliance with MOH / HCSA requirements
- Handle patient service standards and issue resolution
- Liaise with doctors, vendors, and management
What we are looking for
Clinic Manager Requirements
- Prior experience in clinic or healthcare operations preferred
- Familiarity with MOH regulations, MediSave/MediShield Life is an advantage
- Strong organisational and communication skills
Clinic Assistant Requirements
- Prior clinic or healthcare experience preferred (training can be provided)
- Comfortable with patient-facing work, ECG, seeing blood, attending to sick/ children/ elderly
- Computer literacy and willingness to learn
