What you will do

At Glints, we are building the #1 tech-ener discovery platform in Southeast
Asia that helps people and organizations the Glints Future Leaders
Programme (GFLP) - a structured internshiintial students into the next
generation of regional leaders in the taldustry.

We are looking for a Growth Intern to joiort high-impact initiatives across
monetisation, product, analytics, and cusscale its impact across
Southeast Asia.

What You'll Be Doing

• Monetisation: Support the design and anserve conversion funnels,

and purchase journey optimisation to grow

• Customer Experience: Analyse end-to-endjourneys to identify friction points,

surface key drop-off patterns, and proposdrive engagement and
retention.

• Analytics and Reporting: Build and mainL queries against Glints data

warehouse, and create weekly and monthly leadership review.

• Product Management Support: Collaborates to scope features, draft product

requirement documents, conduct user interindings into actionable
recommendations.

• Growth Experiments: Assist in designingexperiments across

acquisition, activation, and retention le

• Cross-Functional Projects: Work alongsig, Data, and Engineering to deliver

end-to-end growth initiatives - from ideand impact measurement.

• Competitive Intelligence: Research markinst competitors in Southeast Asia,

and present insights to inform product an

What we are looking for

Who We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering,or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset - comfortable presenting them clearly to stakeholders.
• Basic proficiency in SQL or willingness
• Exposure to or genuine interest in product growth frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication and present ideas clearly.
• Highly resourceful and self-driven - able to own tasks and follow through independently.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
