BDE & Marketing Intern

What you will do

• conduct live software demos for clients (online)
• Understand client business needs and tailor demo flows accordingly
• Clearly explain AI software features, workflows, and use cases in a client-friendly manner
• Highlight key value propositions, benefits, and ROI during demos
• Handle client questions confidently and escalate technical queries when required
• Prepare demo environments, accounts, and data prior to sessions
• Gather client feedback after demos and share insights with internal team
• Managing of inhouse social media account

What we are looking for

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable speaking to clients and stakeholders
• Basic understanding of software systems/digital marketing
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, non-technical language
• Good listening skills and ability to identify client pain points
