What you will do
- Support the firm’s daily administrative and operational activities.
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, document preparation, record-keeping, and internal follow-ups.
- Maintain organized and confidential investment, portfolio company, and corporate records.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, meeting materials, and business correspondence.
- Assist the investment team with deal-related coordination, research, information gathering, and document management.
- Conduct basic market, industry, company, and prospective partner research.
- Help maintain the firm’s pipeline of investment opportunities and business-development contacts.
- Support outreach and follow-up activities involving prospective partners, intermediaries, and othr stakeholders.
- Assist with initiatives relating to the management and growth of portfolio companies.
- Help document and improve internal workflows, policies, and operating procedures.
- Support ad hoc investment, business-management, and business-development projects as required.
What we are looking for
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Careful attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to conduct structured online research and summarize findings clearly.

- A proactive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
