What you will do

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand existing workflows, operational challenges and reporting requirements.
Analyse sales and business performance data, including revenue, adviser productivity and commission-related metrics.
Review existing Excel-based tracking and reporting processes to identify opportunities for standardisation and automation.
Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools to provide timely, meaningful business insights.
Explore digital solutions, AI tools and automation opportunities to streamline data consolidation, reporting and operational processes.
Support improvements to internal systems and adviser-facing platforms to enhance data accessibility and usability.
Assist in improving processes for tracking adviser incentive schemes, performance milestones and commission-related payments.

What we are looking for

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Data Science or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in understanding and improving business processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Python, SQL or automation tools would be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different teams.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
Interested in digital transformation, business analytics, process improvement and automation.
