HR & Corporate Communications Intern

What you will do

The intern will be attached to the Human Resource and Corporate Communications department and will support the team in the following activities:-

Human Resource

• Supporting the recruitment function that comprises of hiring, selection, and onboarding;
• Planning and conducting employee engagement programs and initiatives; and
• Working closely with stakeholders to implement organisational development, innovation and change management programs.

Corporate Communications

• Assisting in corporate identity and branding activities;
• Supporting the social media team in content production and management; and
• Participating in ongoing and new corporate communications projects.

What we are looking for

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Sociology or any related discpline.
• Proficient in business communications as well as written and spoken English.
• Be motivated, resourceful, meticulous, independent and results-oriented.
• Be a team-player who is able to multi-task and interact with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Keen interest in gaining experience as a HR generalist
• Able to commit for an internship period of at least 3-6 months
