Sustainability & Small Business Intern

What you will do

• Work alongside the founder to support day-to-day operations of a small sustainability-focused business
• Take ownership of selected projects and see ideas through from planning to execution
• Support creative work such as social media content and simple graphic design
• Assist with website improvements and digital initiatives
• Prepare for and support brand events, pop-ups and retail selling
• Engage customers warmly and represent the brand during in-person interactions
• Support sustainability-related initiatives such as workshops or educational activities
• Help monitor consignment store inventory and sales performance

What we are looking for

• Curious and proactive, with a willingness to learn by doing
• Passionate about sustainability and interested in entrepreneurship or small business
• Comfortable speaking with customers and engaging people in person
• Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects
• Open to feedback and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
• Suitable for students waiting to enter university or students on vacation
• Must be available from 13 – 18 May
